Hey all! We are so excited to be able to bring you TWO pig shows this weekend, Sunday, May 31st! Big thanks to Sheryl Theobald and the Uff Da Classic for allowing us to partner in and bring you two shows this weekend!
With the current situation there are some guidelines and policies that we know you guys will all respect and adhere too – We know you are just as excited as we are to have a live show to attend, so I know everyone will be able to follow these guidelines. Thanks very much in advance!
IMPORTANT DETAILS/GUIDELINES!!!
A couple things that ABSOLUTELY must be followed!
- No pigs can arrive prior to 5:00 am Sunday morning, May 31. We must park in an organized manner, and will not be allowing pigs on the ground prior to this time.
- Upon arriving, you will need to sign a waiver, which states you do not hold any one with the show, at the show, or with the grounds liable. You are attending at your own risk.
- We will have a guideline of social distancing suggestions that we please ask that you adhere to:

Please only bring your immediate family, and limit the number of people at the ring. Ideally one person to accompany each exhibitor to the ring to keep gathering at a minimum.

Please gather at your trailers with the people you came with and avoid large gatherings in one area.

You must bring whatever PPE equipment you feel you need (masks, sanitizers, gloves, etc). We will not be providing or requiring PPE, but you are welcome to bring whatever you feel you need.

There will not be a concession stand, we ask that you bring your own coolers and drinks.

There will be no bleachers.

You must pickup your own trash and shavings.
-
Please do not come if you are sick, or believe you may be sick.
PIG REQUIREMENTS
- Must follow WI Guidelines for out of state and in-state hogs. No exceptions. There will be a vet to check health papers. WI Health guidelines MUST BE followed!
- No registration papers are required, however we will be using the honor system – pures are to show as pures, crosses are to show as crosses.
- Weights – All pigs will weigh Sunday morning, that will be your official show weight.

Please note to enter WI you must have a negative PED & PRRS Test. Get these tests done ASAP so you can come show!
PRE-ENTRY/ENTRY PROCESS
- Please help us expedite the check in process on Sunday by pre-entering what you are planning on bringing to the show.
- Payment of entries will be made on Sunday morning. $25/pig/show.
- You will need to fill out a entry form for each animal you are bringing.

- Please also download our waiver, print and sign and bring with you. We will also have these available showday, but printing at home will expedite things even more!
SHOW SCHEDULE
SATURDAY, MAY 30
8:00 PM – Online Pre-Entries Close. (No worries, there is show day registration available!)
SUNDAY, MAY 31
5:00 AM Trailers may begin to arrive. No trailers allowed prior to this.
Parking must be done in an organized manner, we will have someone available to assist with parking in proper locations.
5:30-8:30 – Checkin & Day of show entries.
All pigs must weigh and entries fees must be paid.
All entries are final at this time.
9 AM: The Uff Da Classic Show, beginning with Berkshire Gilts.

One Showmanship will be held and will take place between the Uff Da Classic Show and the Branded Show Gear Classic.
The Branded Show Gear Classic will immediately follow the completion of Showmanship, beginning with Berk Gilts.

Registration Papers are not required, but Pures MUST show as Pures, Crosses MUST show as Crosses.

A Top 5 Overall Barrows & Top 5 Overall Gilts we be selected in both shows
Showmanship will also be held in both shows.
All hogs will weigh during checkin and that will serve as your show weight. There is no weighback/declared weight, your weight across the scales that morning is your weight for the day.
ENTRY FEE
$25 entry fee/head
We encourage folks to pre-enter to help us expedite the check-in process on Saturday morning. A form to pre-enter will be available May 25. All entry fees will be paid at the show.

SOCIAL DISTANCING & TRASH PICKUP
We can all agree that having this show is a something we never thought would happen and we ABSOLUTELY MUST do our due diligence to abide by social distancing guidelines.
A liability waiver will be required to be signed prior to entering our event. You also should not attend if you are sick or not feeling well. A full list of social distancing guidelines are available above as well.
VERY LIMITED PENS WILL BE AVAILABLE. Please plan on showing off your trailer. In the event you cannot show off your trailer, some pens will be available, but folks must spread out so as to keep proper social distancing space.
CLEANUP! We are so thankful that the Green County Fairgrounds has allowed us to host our show on their grounds.
ALL TRASH AND YOUR AREAS MUST BE CLEANED UP BEFORE YOU LEAVE. There will not be dumpsters available, please plan to take your trash with you. We hope to be able to use their events for other livestock events to come, so please take a few extra minutes to help keep the grounds clean - It is much appreciated
